Francis Western Food (Fusion Style) @ Guan Hiang Coffee Shop, Penang

December 5, 2008 · Posted in Western

Located at the corner of Pre-War shophouses, Francis presents to you his very own fusion style of western food.

Here is a little story about Francis. He was once a chef working at a well known hotel in
Singapore, now running his own western food stall in Penang. Being one of the famous in town, Francis Western Food has got many good reviews by foodies.

Fresh & Flavorful

Except for pasta, all of the serving come with potato salad/ hash brown, chef’s special coleslaw and one or two pieces of garlic bread. The garlic bread is crisp and hot with the garlic butter filling on top being done just right. Yummy!! Yummy!!
