Meeting Mr Bear @ Berlin, Germany

Finally, after 20 hours and 50 minutes of flight I met Mr Bear at Berlin-Tegel Airport.

I was so desperate to hug my dear bear but NO hug… …

Because I was blocking others to exit at the arrival hall while I was too excited, wanting to hug him…Oppps, hehe!

… …Alright, a little bit disappointed. Thought it would be a romantic moment : p

Well, we didn’t hanging out there for long. We then headed to Zoologist Garten. Oh! It wasn’t that cold outside, the weather was just like in Genting Highland, Malaysia. But…hey, i was wrong. Hahaha…after a while, i felt the cold. Luckily, Mr bear reminded me to wear something warm beforehand.

So, what is so great about traveling in Europe, especially in Germany? Locker service is easily found in most of the train stations. Great!!

There are big and small locker available, 5 euro & 3 euro each for one whole day. This is indeed very convenient to the backpackers. I put mine in the big locker and ready to enjoy the rest of my day in Berlin freely with Mr Bear. Yeah!

Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church

This old tower is one of the most famous landmarks. Its ruined form keeps alive the memory of war and the same time is a sign of hope calling for peace.

The tower is the sole remaining part of the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church (built in 1891 - 1895 by the architect Franz Schwechten) after it was bombing in 1943.
