T.G.I Friday @ Queensbay Mall, Penang
The American Classics

Dinner with Mr bear at a quiet and rainy night. We had the 2 course meal including an appetizer and entrée @ RM29.90
T.G.I Friday @ Queensbay Mall

The Menu

The Drink - Lipton

Free refill - Pepsi, Pepsi max, 7Up, and Lipton. (RM7.90)
The Appetizer - Clam Chowder

A hearty, creamy blend of celery, garlic scallion and potato lightly seasoned with pepper and clams.
It has chunks of potato but way too salty yet lacking in clam tastes. But, Mr Bear likes it, he just loves to have creamy and salty soup…not me, a little bit disappointed. I actually came for the soup : (
The Entrée - Sizzling Chicken & Cheese

A sizzling skillet of onions and peppers together with garlic-marinated chicken breast over melted Colby and Jack cheeses. Served with the cheddar cheese mashed potatoes.
The chicken breast meat was moist and juicy plus the cheesy sweet peppers and the savory mashed potato. Thumb up!!
Dessert Minis - Mocha Latte & Tropical Delight
Add RM6 for 2 choices of dessert minis.

Wonderful dessert, not too heavy with just the right sweetness to end our dinner.
Mocha Latte

Luscious mocha custard topped with fresh whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder.
Tropical Delight

Scrumptious coconut custard sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes and pieces of fresh sweet pineapple.
The Bill

The dinner was above average, good values and great tastes (excluded the clam chowder). The on duty host and waiter is friendly and outgoing as compared to Chili’s @ Gurney.
“Thank you. Alfred!! Hope we could meet you again one day.”
Well, the only thing I dislike about is the choice of the bottomless drink. There are only 4 selections available, Pepsi, Pepsi Max, 7UP, and Lipton (Iced Lemon Tea) >.<
Chili’s on the other hand is giving the diners a better choice, offering both soft drink as well as fruit juice like apple, mango, orange, pineapple and tomato.
