Canton-i @ Queensbay Mall, Penang

Truly Hong Kong experience with authentic taste of Hong Kong cuisine is what Canton-i (sister restaurant of Dragon-i) is offering, menu ranging from noodles with jumbo shrimp wontons (dumpling), roast goose, congee, dim sum and dessert.

Overall, everything is great. I particularly love the crispy crackling durian pancake, just that it was kinda greasy. Also, not to forget the steamed egg custard, smooth texture with orange flavor infused to create a deliciously fresh taste. Thumbs up!!

The Bill

I personally think it is overprice for a restaurant that you have to take down your order and to pay the bill at the cashier counter yourself. Yes, it is self service and by no reason, we still have to pay the 10% service charge yet I don’t really think the service is good!! Seriously, regardless of how good the food is I would rather sit comfortably and enjoy my leisure dining at Xuan Xin restaurant.
